Mirtha Villarreal-Younger
Mirtha is an Army combat veteran, business leader, veteran advocate, and doctoral candidate dedicated to creating meaningful change for veterans, military families, and underserved communities.
As President and CEO of Agile Construction Inc., a veteran-owned federal construction firm, Mirtha leads a team committed to delivering high-quality construction services to government agencies while creating opportunities for fellow veterans in the workforce. Under her leadership, Agile Construction has expanded its presence in the federal marketplace through a foundation of integrity, safety, and service.
Mirtha is also the Co-Founder of R.E.D.E.E.M. App, a technology platform built by veterans for veterans. R.E.D.E.E.M. helps veterans and their families navigate benefits, resources, and opportunities related to Real Estate/Housing, Education, Disability/Health, Entrepreneurship, Employment, and Miscellaneous benefits. The platform's mission is simple: empower veterans through education and access to the benefits they have earned.
Before entrepreneurship, Mirtha served in numerous executive leadership roles within the California state government, including Deputy Secretary for Minority Veterans at the California Department of Veterans Affairs, Chief of Staff for the California State Military Reserve, Director of State Personnel, and Deputy Director of Public Affairs for the California Military Department. Her career has been dedicated to advocating for veterans, improving access to services, and building partnerships that strengthen communities.
A recognized leader in the veteran space, Mirtha was named California Veteran of the Year by the Disabled American Veterans and continues to serve as a trusted voice on veteran issues, workforce development, education, and entrepreneurship.
Whether advocating for veterans, leading successful businesses, or developing innovative solutions like R.E.D.E.E.M., Mirtha remains committed to one mission: creating opportunities, empowering others, and driving positive change.

Rosalio Altamirano
Rosalio is a United States Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, veteran advocate, and community leader dedicated to helping veterans successfully navigate the transition from military to civilian life.
As Co-Founder of R.E.D.E.E.M. App, Rosalio works to connect veterans and their families with critical benefits, resources, and opportunities through innovative technology and education. His passion for service stems from years of direct engagement with veterans seeking assistance with disability claims/appeals, educational benefits, housing opportunities, employment/workforce development, and community support.
Rosalio currently serves as a Veteran Service Officer for the American Legion, Department of California, where he assists veterans in understanding and accessing the benefits they have earned through military service. He is widely respected for his hands-on approach to advocacy and his commitment to ensuring no veteran is left behind.
In addition to his veteran service work, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Rosalio serves as a Military Liaison for the Military Outreach Program at the Project Management Institute - Sacramento Valley Chapter, helping bridge connections between veterans and professional development.
Rosalio is also an entrepreneur owning a government contracting firm where he specializes in project management and consulting.
Moreover, he is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California with a Doctor of Social Work degree, and a Master of Public Administration degree. Rosalio combines academic expertise with lived experience to champion programs and initiatives that improve veteran well-being.
Through his leadership, mentorship, and advocacy, he continues to empower veterans and military families.

Ken Krutsch is the founder and president of KRUTSCH, a Minneapolis-based, veteran-owned, digital product design agency renowned for transforming underperforming applications into award-winning digital experiences.
With over 15 years of experience, Ken leads a team specializing in UX-first design, scalable development, and results-driven digital transformation. Under his leadership, KRUTSCH has delivered over 100 successful digital products, secured 18 patents for clients, and garnered accolades, including Webby and Davey Awards. The agency is particularly known for tackling complex, tech-heavy applications that demand intuitive, high-performing user experiences.
Ken and his team have made significant contributions to the healthcare sector, partnering with institutions such as the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation and Mayo Clinic to deliver cutting-edge medical applications. These collaborations demonstrate KRUTSCH’s capacity to execute critical digital solutions at the intersection of innovation, usability, and clinical impact.
An active thought leader, Ken shares his expertise in UX design, product strategy, and digital transformation through publications, client workshops, and keynote presentations.
Before founding KRUTSCH, Ken served in the United States Army as a sergeant (E-5) and acting squad leader in the elite 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, at Fort Lewis, Washington. From March 1984 to March 1987, he served in one of the world's most respected light infantry units, known for its precision, discipline, and readiness. This formative experience deeply influences his leadership philosophy, emphasizing accountability, operational excellence, and mission-driven focus in every project he undertakes.
