A Continued Commitment To Service

For Rosalio, military service did not end when he left the Marine Corps. It became the foundation for a career centered on advocacy, mentorship, and community leadership.

Through years of direct engagement with Veterans and Military Families, he has helped individuals navigate disability claims and appeals, educational benefits, housing opportunities, employment resources, workforce development, and community support.

His hands-on experience has given him a clear understanding of the barriers many Veterans face when trying to access the benefits and services they earned.

Rosalio currently serves as a Veteran Service Officer for the American Legion, Department of California. In this role, he helps Veterans understand their benefits, prepare claims, navigate appeals, and connect with programs that can improve their quality of life.

As a certified Project Management Professional, he helps connect Veterans with professional development, certification pathways, mentorship, and civilian career opportunities.

His professional experience is supported by advanced academic achievement. Rosalio earned a Doctor of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. This combination of education and lived experience allows him to approach Veteran issues from both a personal and systems-level perspective.

Advocacy, Education, And Leadership

Why He Co-Founded REDEEM

Rosalio co-founded REDEEM after seeing how often Veterans struggled to locate accurate information, understand their options, or connect with the right organizations.

REDEEM was created to provide a clearer starting point.

The platform connects Veterans and their families with benefits, resources, and opportunities related to Real Estate and Housing, Education, Disability and Health, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Miscellaneous Benefits.

Rosalio’s work with REDEEM reflects the same approach he brings to direct advocacy: listen carefully, simplify the process, provide useful information, and help each Veteran take the next step with confidence.
